We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from people considering purchasing a Petite Famille stuffed animal.

Q. When and how should I send the photos?
A. When you place an order, you will be asked to register (upload) photos. As a guideline, you can register up to 6 photos, but you can also upload up to XX photos.
Q. What kind of photos should I send?
A. Front view (face, hands), diagonal front right, diagonal front left, right side, left side, directly behind. Photos that clearly show the overall shape of the body, fur pattern, and tail.
Including the above, it would be great if there were around 6 sheets (maximum ○○) as a guideline.

Q. Can I specify the pose of the stuffed animal?
A. For dogs and cats, you can simply specify your preference when placing your order.

Q. I would like to send a video. Is that okay?
A. Videos can be too heavy to open, and it's often easier to see the body patterns in still images than in videos. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please only send images.
Q. Can I make it the same weight as the real thing?
A. We are very sorry, but due to the specifications, it is not possible to put a weight inside to make it the same weight. Compared to the general pre-made stuffed animals sold, it is a little heavier, so you can feel its presence while hugging it.
Q. Can you make things other than dogs and cats?
A. We will check with our designers and craftsmen, so please feel free to contact us.
Q. I would like to give a stuffed animal as a gift. Can you gift wrap it for me?
A. When ordering a stuffed animal, please request gift wrapping. We will wrap it with care so that your loved one will be pleased.
Q. Is it possible to see photos of the production process multiple times?
A. Our overseas plush toy designers and craftsmen work together as a team to carefully create our products through various processes, so if a new process such as photography were to be added, it could cause confusion or delays in the production process. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to take photos during the production process. Once the final touches have been made and the product is completed, you can view photos of the finished product if you wish.
Q. Can I specify a delivery date and time?
A. It takes about two and a half months to complete a plush toy, but there may be delays depending on the season. (Orders placed between November and February may take up to three months in some cases.) Please let us know your desired date and time of collection when we contact you to let you know that your plush toy is complete, not when you place your order. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of notifying you that your plush toy is complete, we will ship it without specifying a date and time.
Q. Is it possible to cancel?
A. We are very sorry, but due to the nature of our products being fully custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
